Reservation Information

NASDAD has reserved a discounted room block for this cruise! Please refer to the pricing and room details to help with your room choice.

Be Sure to Book with NASDAD!

Once on the ship, they will keep our convention group together for our meetings and evening dining. We have been told if guests book outside our our room block, they will not be able to join in the planned worship and educational meeting spaces, or sit with us at meals. These spaces are reserved only for our group.

Children and Extra Guests

Rooms costs begin with a price per person, based on double occupancy. Additional third/fourth guests have an additional cost per person. For those traveling independently, please note the room will still be charged double occupancy, but your additional fees will be lower as a single traveler. Some rooms have extra space and features. In all cases, taxes, fees, and gratuities are in addition to the base pricing. Please reach out if you would like more details on room types before making your reservation.

Share with us your room preference, and the number of people in your room, and we will provide a break down of the charges for you before you confirm your reservation. We can create an installment plan with you, or accept your full payment when you place your deposit. A $500 deposit by December 12, 2024, results in a $50 room credit onboard!
Cruise Payment Deadlines:
A $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation (nonrefundable). 
Deposits received by December 12 will receive the bonus of a $50 onboard credit for your room.
 
When possible, earlier payments are appreciated as NASDAD has to pay portions of the costs in advance.
 
$2500 – minimum additional payment due by January 25, 2024
$2500 – minimum additional payment due by February 25, 2024
Balance Due - final payment due by March 20, 2025
 
Cancellation deadlines:
Payments are refundable, all except the $500 nonrefundable deposit, if cancellation is on or before February 10, 2025. Payments are refundable at 85% of the cost less the $500 nonrefundable deposit, if canceled February 11 to March 10, 2025. Payments are refundable at 50% of the cost less the $500 nonrefundable deposit, if canceled March 11 to May 20, 2025.

A 100% cancellation fee (no refund) will apply for any cancellations received on or after May 21, 2025, including any guests not onboard the ship when the embarkation period ends (“no shows”) on day of sailing.

Up until June 15, 2025, changes to the reservations may be made to allow guests to transfer reservations to someone else for a $300 processing fee.
